Counselling Fees

Looking to find out about our counselling fees? Here are the costs of counselling sessions with Crystal Clear Counselling.

Individuals – 1 hour counselling session is $100, which includes Free Mindfulness application download information/exercises to take away to help you to relax, and a ‘Positive Steps To Well Being Handout’.

Couples – 1 hour counselling session is $150, which includes Free Mindfulness application download information/exercises to take away to help you to relax, and a ‘Positive Steps To Well Being Handout’. Also included are Relationship Growth, Relationship Building, Conflict Resolution activities and handouts.

Rebates are available for counselling from some Private Health Care Funds, please check with your Health Care Provider.

Crystal Clear Counselling is a Police Health Fund and Emergency Services Health Recognised Provider of Counselling Services

A Medicare Rebate is not available.

Payment Methods:
Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card (for all credit card/debit card transactions their will be a 1.9% surcharge added to cover bank processing fees).

Securing/Booking Your Counselling Appointment:

Details of your credit/debit card will be taken when you book a counselling session.  This shows your commitment to the counselling process.  If you do not attend your session and have not given 24 hours notice a $75 fee will be charged to your credit/debit card for each session booked that you do not attend.  

Cancellation Policy:

Clients who do not give at least 36 hours notice to Crystal Clear Counselling to cancel their appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the counselling session, this is non refundable.  Clients who do not provide any notice and do not attend the counselling session will incur a fee of 100%.  The client will be unable to book another session until this amount is paid.  Those clients who continually cancel their sessions will be put on a waiting list.
